Hi, I'm Nick Rackley, the creator of LoanTiger! I'm a mortgage expert and AI enthusiast who believes homebuyers deserve better deals. I created this platform to help people navigate the often murky world of mortgage lending, identify areas where they can negotiate, and ultimately save money.

I hold an MBA from Yale where I developed negotiation skills, a Masters in Electrical engineering from University of Washington where I learned to program AI, and I gained mortgage industry insider knowledge working as a mortgage banker at a company acquired by Mutual of Omaha. I gained world-class negotiation experience running a 13-party international negotiation amongst all major international telecoms for T-Mobile that resulted in the creation of a worldwide Joint Venture to commercialize Network APIs.
